LOAN APPLICATION
Above is the link to download the loan application for Del Met Federal Credit Union.
To submit, please print and complete the application.
Once completed, the loan application can be faxed, scanned and emailed or delivered to the credit union as desired.
If there are any questions, please contact the credit union office.
LOAN APPLICATION GUIDELINES
- Proof of income (for both individuals if joint application)
- Member of Del Met FCU in good standing
- Bill of sale with VIN number for an auto loan
- Must have both signatures on joint loan disclosure before release of funds
- If faxing, signatures must be notarized before release of funds
- A $15.00 late fee will be assessed after the 10 day grace period if no payment is made and the fee will be added to the end of the loan.
